Merry Christmas To All

Hi Fan Club,
How is everyone doing? I have had a fantastic Christmas. Lots of presents and quality snuggle time with all my family. The paparazzi has been out in full force! At first I was lovin' it but that flash does get annoying.
Here are some pictures with me and the fam. Hope you like them

In a general health status update, I have still been busy with doctors appointments. The sick kids doc's said I am progressing nicely, and my new pediatrician in Milton seems nice. My scar is still healing, I wanted to post a picture but Daddy wanted me to wait until after the Christmas message.

Talk later,
Lauren.

A whole new world

Well everyone, it has been a crazy journey. Can you believe that I am 1 month old today??!?!  Man time flies when you are getting old.   I have spent the first 3/4 of my life in a hospital, BUT, the people that I have met have been awesome.  From Dr. Rajasingham who brought me into this world to Dr. Freidberg who helped diagnose me so I could stay in this world.   I will never forget Dr. Honjo for sewing up my insides and making them like new.  One should say that there is a giant world in front of me and nothing is every going to hold me back...well maybe a  big sister who might beat me up once and awhile.   Mom and dad have had their hands full with me but its okay cause I'm cute.  For the most part I eat, sleep, and poop.  What else could a kid want???  I still have my NG tube but I am getting used to having mom give me milk so maybe someday I can get this thing out of my nose....DID I MENTION I PULLED IT OUT LAST NIGHT. Who knew dad had that balls and training to put it back in...damn.   Well you can almost not see my scar anymore.   The world is my oyster and I love you all for helping me, mom, dad and reese along this bumpy road.  Talk again soon.   SANTA IS COMING SOON!!!!     Who knew it was the only time of year when break and entry was legal for a big fat white dude with a beard.  Toys....its all about toys.

The BIG MOVE in photos

So dad was pretty excited since he has repeatedly said that there is no 4th floor, proof that there is.
After being up there for half a day they started to ween me off of all my extras stuff...drugs etc...I LIKE MORPHINE!!!!!  Oh well, we must all give up our vices at sometime.   Dad took this photo as proof that I wasn't attached to anything anymore.

I kind of like my new digs since as you can see I get my PJs as well .   (no tubes)
SO THIS ISNT A LIE...THE DOCTORS SAID SO!!!! Mom and Dad are nervous and excited at the same time.   Now if I would eat from my bottle some more.....
 Hi, aren't I cute............
Mom I want boob!!!!

Today was a better day

December 5th: Well I certainly like to keep things interesting. Mom and Dad arrived yesterday to me being plugged into a pace maker. MOm was quite upset and dad nearly hit the floor. Ends up it never Needed to be turned on. I have a speedy heart and they gave me yet another injection and all is good. Once mom and dad regained some composure ( parents can be so embarrassing)we moved on with our day and I got some more boobie milk. I was getting a whopping 4ml now I get 24ml! I got my belly tube out yesterday and both my heart tubes today. I am no longer getting any drugs and things are slowly moving forward. Mom and dad finally held me today. It was pretty awesome! I also got to put on se clothes! I am a lady, and I like dressing up. Rumor has it that the fantasy world called level 4 may be in my future. Until tomorrow! Night night

December 3:  Well another day in CCCU.  I was resting when mom and dad got there this morning.  You may notice my TERRIBLE hair cut.  That happened at Milton Hospital.   They needed to get some IVs in my head so they butchered my hair.  I guess it is a small price to pay, besides, rumour has it my mom and dad have bought me some kick ass hats.  You may also notice the stitches in my chest...STOP STARING!! (its not polite to stare)  It will make a great party story later.  Dad asked if I can at least wait until 16 until showing any boys...he's a dreamer.  THEN at lunch I got to take out the tube in my nose that was helping me breathe and now I am a baby in a box.  Really it is only over my head.  They give me wet air to help with my throat thingy healing.  It hums and bubbles and makes nice noise to help me sleep.  I ALSO GOT BOOBIE MILK TODAY....it came in my noise, but I will take what I can get.  What will tomorrow bring....
